The Ferrum Rescue Linerlock pairs a robust 3mm thick Bohler N690 blade with two supplementary tools, making it a specialized multi-function knife for rescue and tactical work. The main blade features both serrated and plain edges for cutting rope and textiles, while the secondary scalpel blade handles precision cuts and emergency medical tasks, and the back-mounted lanyard cutter slices through aramid paracords with ease. At 4.5 inches closed with a glass breaker and extended tang, this black anodized aluminum folder is built for hard use in demanding conditions. The linerlock mechanism keeps the primary blade secure during heavy work. 4.5" (11.43cm) closed. 2.25" (5.72cm) Bohler N690 stainless blade. Black anodized aluminum handle. Glass breaker. Pocket clip. Extended tang. The first and main blade is 3mm thick. It is designed for heavy use and to prevent the edges of the other two blades from wearing prematurely. Its serration allows it to cut bigger ropes or textiles, whereas the plain edge acts as a proper knife. The second blade is a scalpel, which can be used to make extremely clear cuts and perform emergency actions. The third and the smallest, located on the back of the main blade, is a lanyard cutter that can also be employed to cut aramid paracords. Boxed.
