Reduce the unwanted rebound and get control of the ball faster. The Low Bow is the most popular shape for advanced skills, maneuverability and lifts. The J-Head has a large sweet spot to find the ball on hits, has good surface area for stops and allows for better pulls from the reverse side than other standard head shapes. The low balance point allows the stick to do some of the work gaining momentum for big hits and will provide solid block tackles. This model can be used in any field position.
