The Exagram Pro features three weighing modes: normal, pour-over, and espresso. Each mode can weigh grams, ounces, or milliliters. The pour-over mode also has an exclusive ratio program. How does the ratio program work? The ratio program has been designed to be the easiest way to make a pour-over. The scale memorizes the ground weight, and once you start pouring, it will display the ground/water ratio. For the first pour (blooming) we suggest to target a ratio of 3. The scale will then automatically start a countdown to let you know when you should resume the pour and reach the final ratio.
