A collaborative Session IPA made with our friends at Thornbridge Brewery and brewed with flavour, mouthfeel and drinkability in mind. Malted Rye, Golden Naked Oats and Aromatic Mal t were used for body and flavor. Cascade, Amarillo, Simcoe & Centennial hops were chosen for delicious bright citrus and pine aroma and flavor. The beer was fermented with WLP002 (London Ale 2) to accentuate the sweet, full body of the malt and fruit filled character of the hops. Show more
