Organic Excellence Sambuca is a classic Italian liquor made from organic star anise. Sambuca Bio Excellence is obtained by the steam distillation of star anise grains. Then spices, alcohol and sugar are added. In tasting it offers a magnificent aroma of anise on the nose and on the palate. Served iced with a few coffee beans in the glass, as a “caffè corretto” and goes perfectly with gins and vodkas to make various cocktails.
