If the original veil you have purchased isn't quite right in terms of fabric or length, I would be more than happy to work with you on an exchange! Each exchange has a flat $50 exchange fee, along with an additional $7 shipping fee for me to ship back the new re-made veil for you. Please complete the invoice within 24 hours for us to continue with the exchange process. Customer is responsible for shipping back the original veil. Once the original veil is received, allow 1-2 weeks for me to re-make and ship the new veil to you. Shipping time is additional. So I am prepared on when the package will be delivered, please send me the tracking number. I have a separate location that collects my packages and I go there about 1-2 times a week. Once I have your original veil, I will send you an email so you are aware plus the updated turnaround time of when I expect to re-make and ship out. To keep things organized, please ship the original veil back within 5 days (no later than Saturday, April 27th. You are welcome to use either USPS, UPS, or Fed-EX.
