This purchase covers the manufacturer's replacement processing fee and return shipping costs for ring replacements with optional engraving. This covers the shipping for any new rin gs to get to you. It does not cover shipping from you to the exchange location. If you aren't sure which size you need, you can order a free ring sizer. We will send your exchange authorization via email within 2 business days of receiving your order.
