A typographical marvel, the Exclamation Print was created using parts of a full alphabet block set carved in 1885, some of the oldest blocks in the Hatch Show Print archives. The d ash and apostrophe, also from the same set, are not part of the Exclamation block but were added to balance out the design of the print, resulting in a modern and minimal use of these historic elements.
