Join Head Distiller, Deon Rowe, for an intimate guided tasting exploring a selection of ou r whisky barrels before some new releases. You'll hear the stories behind each cask, learn how maturation shapes every whisky, and experience how dramatically different barrels influence flavour. The evening will include: Guided tasting & exclusive question ^& answers with Deon 4 x barrels to taste from, including upcoming Hang 10 releases Exclusive barrel samples from whiskies still maturing A special guest whisky to taste from another Australian craft distillery Cheese platter to share First opportunity to pre-order selected upcoming releases before the general public Expect plenty of whisky chat, questions, and a relaxed evening with fellow whisky lovers.
