Then my Exercise & Technique Online Coaching is for you. Exercise technique is of crucial importance. Without correct exercise technique, we will fail to achieve the results we want, or worse yet, injure ourselves. What's Included: 1) Personalised Coaching There isn't a one size fits all approach to technique. Two different people performing the same exercise is likely to look very different. However, there are some key principles in each exercise that we want to stick too to avoid injury and to get the most out of our training. It is my job to figure out what the right technique is for you. Because of my experience coaching a wide range of clients, I am able to determine and clearly see your weak-points, and know where your technique needs adjusting and more importantly, how to perfect it. 2) Video Analysis For this you would need to send me videos of your exercises so I can fully analyse your technique and send you feedback. 3) Coaching Videos with Full Explanations Where applicable, I will send you videos of myself demonstrating the exercise, guided by voice, and fully explaining the complexities of the exercise. 4) Exercise and Stretching Recommendations You will receive recommendations which pair up with the technique changes I recommend, often involving other exercises or stretches to help the body transition and accommodate the changes we wish to make.
