For oil-free exfoliation, Exfoliate Mitt prevents ingrown hairs, preps skin for self tanner and gives your entire body a deep exfoliation, removing layers of dull skin. How to use your mitt: 1. Soak your skin in a warm bath or shower for 10 minutes. Do not apply soap or shower gel, as the fabric relies on friction to remove dead skin. 2. Wet the mitt and squeeze out excess water. 3. Step away from water (we recommend soaking in the tub and exfoliating in the shower for easier clean up of sloughed off skin). Exfoliate with upward and downward strokes using the palm of your hand until dead skin cells roll away. Once finished, rinse your body and the mitt. Hang mitt to dry and apply lotion to your body (unless applying self tanner next). For best results: Use 1-2 times per week. Hang to air dry between uses. Replace mitt every 8-12 weeks. Hand wash with warm water. Do not machine wash. Do not use with soap or shower gel. Do not exfoliate right before or after shaving. Do not use on your face.
