This bar is a coarse exfoliating bar with a TON of moisturizing propert ies making it perfect for the feet and elbows to help shed that dead skin but retain the moisturizing benefits. If you plan to use the bar directly on the skin, we suggest not using it on the face or other sensitive areas. We like to use the bar with our favorite loofah when we want to use it on the body.
