It features swing lock J-Hooks with multiple catch positions and adjustable safety stops. Also included is a pair of fully adjustable/removable J-Hooks, 6 weight plate storage horns and an integrated pull up bar. Optional attachments such as a dip attachment, safety spot arms, a battle rope anchor, and a Landmine can also be added.
