The sponge is very soft, so there will be a mismatch of 0.2-0.5CM, which is normal and can be ignored and worn commonly.How to measure head circumference: Use a soft ruler to draw a circle around the forehead (above the brow bone) and the prominent point on the back of the head. Hair is also counted. You can calculate your head size and choose the correct helmet size for your needs.
