Increment 69 The Increment 69 Payload Operations & Integration Center (POIC) Patch represents the work that the ground or “increment teams” do in support of the payload operations on ISS conducted by the Expedition 69 crew. Payload Operations & Integration for NASA payloads is conducted by POIC at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. The increment began with the departure of Soyuz MS-22 in March 2023 and ended in September 2023, with the departure of Soyuz MS-23.
