It has Strength, Hypertrophy, Endurance, and Work Capacity. All of these are tiered to make the natural lifter Stronger, Faster, and More Athletic. The Expert Program is not for the faint-hearted. Simple parameters upfront, if you do not hit these lower marks for your 1RM % or are unsure of your 1RM this may not be the program for you: Deadlift 1.5x BW (Body weight), Squat 1x BW, and Overhead Press .75x BW With that said, if you do not meet these parameters consider scaling back each workout to avoid over-fatigue and over-training. There are NO REST DAYS written in to the program. This is because we believe that life will ultimately give you rest days or you body will tell you when you need to take a break Full Programming (12 weeks) – Will begin to focus in on full, complex muscle movements like Olympic lifts, and test those looking to progress to the next level. This will hone in to perfect all elements of fitness like Strength, Hypertrophy, Mobility, Balance, Endurance, and Core.
