For those with busy schedules and work commitments, we offer a Saturday Express session of our Babies & Beyond class, covering the same topics in a compact format. Understand all about pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period, meet other couples and ask our midwives any questions you have! SessionsThis is a one-day course from 10:00am to 4:30pm on Saturdays, held at our OT&P Family Clinic location. Traditional antenatal class; everything you need to know. Labour and birth, natural and assisted, Caesarean-section and epidural, drugs, complications, postnatal period, baby care and breastfeeding. Other informationWhen attending classes, please wear clothing in which you are comfortable moving around in, practicing positions and massage, squatting etc. Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Price is per couple. For our Express Babies & Beyond attendees, we offer a discounted private "birth planning session" with the midwife who taught your class. Thirty minutes for HK$500. For those expecting twins, we recommend a one hour discounted private consultation following our Express class. Use this time to cover twin births, recovery and baby care.
