Choose express upgrade for your keepsake creation. We craft one keepsake at a time in peace, calm and with respect. Our turnaround time varies between designs and can be anything from 2 weeks to 16 weeks. The individual keepsake listing will list the turnaround time. We understand that sometimes we need things a little faster than usual, especially when the keepsake holds something close to your heart. This express upgrade will have your keepsake creation completed outside of regular studio time. Your order for most designs will be completed within 4-5 weeks from the day we receive your keepsake. And for our ash-infused metal range, your keepsake will be completed within two weeks. What does our ‘Express’ Package include? Your order will be shipped on or before your booked shipment date please consider shipping times to your city (Australia 8-10 business days, worldwide from 14 business days) generally completed outside business hours, and you may receive an email notification from us outside regular business hour 4 weeks starting from the day we receive your keepsake and are aware of your ring size (if applicable) or two weeks for our ash-infused metal range This Express Service is for one keepsake only. Please add EXPRESS UPGRADE x 2 to your basket if you require more than one keepsake. Should you choose our 'Express Upgrade' later, the guaranteed finish will start from the time of express upgrade purchase, unless otherwise agreed on.
