Shipping information: We will send your tracking number by email as soon as it's available, or you can look for it in our website's Track My Order area. We can only ship within the contiguous United States, the 48 adjoining U.S. states, and the District of Columbia. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. military addresses, U.S. territories, or anywhere internationally. Product Returns: If your run has suffered significant damage during shipment, please report the damage to us within 48 hours of arrival if possible. We request that you send pictures of the damage so that we can best determine the following steps to be taken. We want you (and your flock!) to be 100% happy with your Coop products. You can return any verified faulty or unopened product within the first 30 days for a full refund minus shipping expenses. A 50% restocking fee will be applied if your return is not verified as faulty and any boxes have been opened. Just contact us, and we'll provide return instructions.
