No refunds for any reason. 15 min grace period after 15min there is a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes your appointment is canceled. Your deposit is non refundable for any reason unless I can’t service you for any reason. You may reschedule your appointment 1 time after a deposit is paid. Canceling/rescheduling your appointment same day will result in a new deposit being needed to rebook. Appointment can only be rescheduled for up to a month later. No call no show FEE - If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment and don’t give notice before your appointment, you will need to pay a $50 no show fee to book with me again. (+ New deposit) After your appointment take a good look at your lashes and let me know if you’re dissatisfied. I’m willing to fix, redo anything I can. However once you leave there will be no styling fixes/ refunds.
