Extinguish plus is highly attractive to imported and native fire ants. Worker ants carry the bait into the mound as food for the colony. The ants will begin feeding the bait to the rest of the call. They eat and feed it to the queen. It is a unique product containing a slow acting insecticide and insect growth regulator. This action will control of the fire ant mound. The insect grower prevents rebound to the colony while the insecticide insures a rapid demise of the colony and will begin to decline in about a week, after the bait has been bought back to the mound.
