Extra Credits is an animated YouTube series that explores history, game design, and storytelling through short, tightly written episodes. Created by a rotating team of writers, art ists, and historians, it began as a show about game design and grew into a broader channel for big ideas and deep context. Parents appreciate the clear narration, thoughtful scripts, and ability to hook middle schoolers and teens who love games but “hate” lectures. As a free library of episodes, it’s an easy way to enrich social studies or media studies without buying another textbook. Show more
