This low acidity reflects the quality of the olives and the care taken during production. Our groves are cultivated through regenerative farming, without harmful sprays or heavy machinery. We have diversified the fields with a variety of bushes and trees to improve the life in the soil and biodiversity above the soil, sown seed cover crops and gently manage grasses to support soil life and biodiversity, enriching the ecosystem that nourishes our trees. This nourishment results in exceptional taste and nutrition.
