Extreme Mass by International Protein Extreme Mass was formulated as a powerful mass-building supplement. The nutrient rich formulation, including 5 types of protein, a unique selection of complex carbohydrates and a healthy blend of Canola and Sunflower oils with fast burning MCT Oils, puts the emphasis on ensuring the body maintains a highly anabolic state to maximise extreme mass and size gains. One of the key attributes that sets Extreme Mass apart from other Mass Gainers on the market is that it is a genuine energy rich high calorie weight gainer, not just a high carbohydrate formulation being passed off as a mass gainer. To facilitate lean mass gain the body needs extra calories. While adding carbs (carbohydrates) provides a muscle sparing energy source, they still only provide the same energy as protein. Gram for gram, a true weight gainer, like Extreme Mass, provides a higher concentration of energy than protein and carbs to make it easier to consume the calories required for optimum lean weight gain. Extreme Mass uses fast burning MCT Oils to provide rapid high density energy. While MCT Oils are high in saturated fat, they don’t contain the fatty acids that cause heart disease. Just the same, the saturated fat content is balanced by a blend of Canola and Sunflower oils, high in Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated oils, including Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s) Linoleic (omega 6) and Linolenic (omega 3). Directions Mix 1 serve into water or milk and shake. Mixes quickly into a satisfying shake that won’t leave you bloated. Suitable for persons over the age of 15 who have difficulty consuming the required amount of energy (calories) to enable them to gain lean mass or maintain their bodyweight while undertaking high intensity resistance training or high levels of sport and other activities. Target athletes include, but are not limited to bodybuilders, power-lifters, rugby players, boxers and open-rules fighters and track and field athletes. Benefits High in calories.
