MUST BE KEPT REFRIGERATED Loading Phase (Days 1–7) EXTREME Strength Spray:Spray 2 times into each nostril, morning and night, for 7 consecutive days. This loading phase helps build your base tan. EXTREME Strength Drops:Take 3–4 drops under your tongue, morning and night, for 7 consecutive days. Hold the drops under your tongue for 15 seconds before swallowing to allow your body time to absorb them before swallowing. Maintenance After completing the loading phase: Spray: Use 2 sprays into each nostril up to 3 times per week to maintain your tan. Drops: Take 3–4 drops under your tongue up to 3 times per week to maintain your tan. For enhanced results, both the spray and drops should also be used before UV exposure.
