During the class, I have created a verse for each of the six statements of the 64 hexagrams, with a total of 384 of them which I call the "Heart Interpretation". I have also recorded an audio version of all the verses, with a total of 64 of them corresponding the 64 hexagrams for students to enhance their spiritual state of mind and body. The feedback from my students inspired me to explore the possibility that the frequency characteristics of each line could improve certain pain conditions, and so the Healing Soundtrack was born. Everything in the universe contains geometry, and behind the seeming chaos of everything lies a perfectly proportioned structure and pattern, where everything resonates in harmony, where nothing exists alone, but where everything is one. Everything in the universe, both material and immaterial, is made up of energy of different frequencies. The emotions and feelings we experience in our lives can be tested for their energy and frequency. Positive emotions = high frequency vibrations, negative emotions = low frequency vibrations. Meditation, healthy food, and a positive attitude to life all bring us high frequency vibrations. If the vibration frequency of certain cells or organs in the body does not resonate harmoniously with other parts of the body, there is an increased chance of illness, but if an organ is brought back to its normal frequency, it can heal itself and return to normal function. According to scientists, the frequency of sound can harmonise organ and cellular frequencies, especially when listened to in a Theta or Alpha brainwave state. This recording is designed for eye strain, and is a great daily listen to help improve eye health. I hope that through the frequency of my voice, you can awaken yourself to the state of mind and body and enhance your ability to heal yourself and live a more fulfilling life. How to use: 1. Listen at any time of the day, up to thrice a day, at least 6 hours apart 2. Do not listen before or during driving 3. Sit down in a quiet place with your feet on the ground and close your eyes 4. Play the recording and follow the sound instructions to enter a state of contemplation. Or 5. Relax and listen to the recording without any intentional visualisation. Or 6. listen to it before going to sleep, without deliberately observing it, and fall into dreamland in a relaxed mood. Remark: Do not listen during deliriousness, pregnancy or to children under 8 years old Listen to the trial version.
