This product comes with 2 pl ates made of 11-gauge steel and a 2-inch ratchet strap. We use a state-of-the-art automated powder coating system to acid etch the raw base material in preparation for the textured black topcoat. It will fit any size tire and the weight capacity is determined by what your tire carrier is rated.
