If you're just getting started and don't want to spend money on a full uncapping tank setup, our EZ Uncapping Block is an excellent option. It fits nicely on a 5 gallon bucket, and allows you a solid place to rest the frame and slice the cappings off into the bucket. What you're getting is just the yellow piece in the picture.
