EZwhelp Traction Pads offer a soft, stable, and comfortable base for your whelping box during the early stages of development. The traction pad has Velcro squares stitched to the b ottom edges to attach to your EZwhelp Whelping Pad. Made with 1/2" thick fleece. About the pad: It is NOT a moisture barrier. It is NOT an absorption pad. Washes and dries easily. We recommend: Short term use of the traction pad as puppies begin to use their legs to move. As their leg strength grows, continued use of the traction pad will not be needed. Time will vary by litter/breed.
