We visit Grabelsek Vineyard in Geneva, Ohio each autumn to harvest concord grapes in a 3-generation family team. Resonance Sour Cherry: Tart Montmorency cherries are married with tarragon, black pepper and syrupy aged balsamic vinegar in this tart, sweet, piquant preserve. Resonance is bright enough to hold its own with cured meats and complex enough to carry through the richness of a creamy cheese or boldness of an aged hard cheese. These cherries are flash frozen and shipped to us directly from King Orchards in northern Michigan. 4 oz jars.
