Delivery and installation This product comes with assembly instructions and we will help you on the phone/video call if needed. We will be there for you every step of the way. Most people can put it together with no extra help with the provided instructions. We will take care of the shipping arrangements for you and we will deliver it to your door; however, for this particular product, two people will need to go inside of the truck with a flat furniture dolly, load the box on its side like a book on the dolly, and the driver will lower the tailgate for you, in order to bring it to the ground on the furniture dolly. Furniture dollies are relatively small and inexpensive if you don't have one. They sell for around $40.00 at home hardware at the time of this writing For some delivery locations, we will pack the item in a wooden crate. In this case, two people will need to go inside the truck and open the crate. You can then take the individual parts inside the crate to the ground We can arrange inside delivery upon request for an additional fee, depending on the area where the product will be shipped.
