The F5m Redux is a variant of Nelson Pass' F5m. It uses the same schematic but ditches the costly chassis and swaps the DIY linear power supply for a set of "off the shelf" switching power supplies to let builders complete the project without any work on mains voltage circuitry. The boards integrate Mark Johnson's incredibly effective "AmyAlice" power supply filter to eliminate switching noise that might otherwise be on the power rails. Each kit comes with all the parts needed to build two monoblock amplifiers. The JFETs and MOSFETs are matched and supplied by Nelson Pass for this kit.
