When new and unopened, F9 Groundskeeper Cleaner has a shelf life of up to two years. Once opened, that shelf life gets cut in half to approximately one year. How to Use F9 Groundskeeper Cleaner: Wet concrete, so it's damp and not puddling. Spray on at a 10:1 to 20:1 ratio. Agitate bad oil stains/bad areas if needed.
