Wine maker notesThe name Nova comes from the vineyard ”vignanova” where I grow white varieties planted in 2003. I am convinced that Bolgheri can also give us great whites of Medite rranean character. In this wine I search the balance between the fresh minerality of Vermentino and the rich complexity that the Viognier can give. The Fabio Motta Nova Bolgheri Bianco DOC appears in the glass in light yellow with green nuances on the rim. On the nose, aromas of peach, honeydew melon, lemon and acacia, as well as delicate notes of exotic fruits. On the palate, this particular white presents a dense, full-bodied, juicy with a delicate melting and beautiful mineral freshness in Finale. Show more
