We've modelled the size and weight after our favourite vintage French scarves to create chic, easy to wear designs for every day use. Wear them wrapped once around the neck, tucked in to a jacket, or tied in the hair. Crafted from soft viscose, the fabric is a lighter, airier weight than our kimonos, with the same beautifully soft feel. About the Print: We are the heroes of our own story… so make yours exquisite! This captivating print is a blend of the classic and the fanciful (just like all good stories), and was created using artwork spanning more than three centuries. We layered two stunning 18th century ink-on-silk hanging scrolls from Japan painted with wild plum blossoms, peach trees, magpies, and a luminous moon to create this design, then added other whimsical elements — including Flemish antique illustrations of wild deer, birds, and cranes. The printed trim comes from French silk embroidery fragments from the early 1800’s. The result is chic, romantic and timeless — and tells a beautiful tale without saying a word ;) 100% viscose (derived from plant fibres such as wood and bamboo). Handwash, hang to dry. 68cm x 155cm.
