We also encourage you to ask us any questions via chat/email as you shop (we're small, but we aim to reply within 24 hours!) -- another way to reduce our collective carbon footprint is to avoid having to return products. If you do need to return, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase and notification of issue.
