The hides used in Molteni&C’s production come from bullocks raised in Europe. Hides are “full grain”, meaning that the top of the skin is totally unaltered. The carefully selected hides undergo vegetable tanning with a mixture of tannins and aniline dyeing. All the treatments preserve the exceptional natural characteristics of the leather, including certain anomalies linked to the wild life of the animals, as an evidence of the “natural” and exclusive features of the product.
