Our Refill Scheme is on hold! We're working on a new solution for 2026. Watch this space! Return, Refill, Reuse With our refill scheme you need to have empty UpCircle packaging to return to us. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll be emailed all the information you need to return your empty packaging to us including the Freepost label. Existing customers only - please ensure you already have your face oil bottle to be returned! Thoroughly wash and dry your Serum bottle using warm soapy water Remove your dropper and keep somewhere safe- we don't need this returned. Please also remove the plastic ring seal around the top of the serum bottle. Pack your empties up ready to be posted - we recommend saving your original packaging. If you haven't got your original packaging please wrap them carefully. After checking out you will receive an email with a free post label Print and attach this label to the parcel and drop to your local Post Office - if you don't have a printer, you can handwrite the address on instead Once we have received your empties back we will sterilise the jars using dry heat and refill your jar with a fresh batch of face serum We aim to turn around refills within 24 hours of receiving them Your refilled bottle will be returned to you to enjoy! *Please note, if you are ordering new products as well as refills these will be sent when your refills are returned to you.
