Content Face Yoga originates in yoga practices from Ayurveda in India and traditional Chinese Medicine. While modern face yoga has become popular more recently, its foundational concepts have been present for centuries. The focus is on toning and also relaxing the muscles of the face to increase tone and add greater contour to muscle definition. It involves specific facial exercises, acupressure and some massage techniques that combine to increase circulation, collagen production, muscle tone and skin health. Incorporating Face Yoga into your skincare routine can help to increase feelings of wellness on the inside and out.
