Unless otherwise specified, all bags listed here are DIAMOND Series. "Diamond" refers to the decorative cutout design on the top bar and does not mean sparkly. Pastel Series bags are canvas. If a bag is designated as HEART Series, it is still brand new. Heart Series bags are simply a previous style and have the same black fabric design, USB ports, size, construction, features (may not have internal straps), and functionality as Diamond Series bags. The primary difference is that the decorative cutouts in the crowns on the top bar are heart-shaped instead of diamond-shaped. We do NOT restock these bags, and we never plan to have them. While filling orders, if a bag does not quite meet our standards, we may list it as a factory second. There is no way to know when, or even if, we will ever have any available. Coupons and promotions may NOT be used on factory seconds. Curtain sold separately. Factory seconds sell VERY quickly. All bags listed here have the black fabric design and USB ports unless otherwise specified. You should expect visible cosmetic imperfections. These may include stains, scuffs, marks, discoloration, dents, impressions, stitching irregularities, or other appearance-related blemishes. If designated as Refurbished, the bag has been made "like new" by us and may or may not include replacement parts. All sales of factory seconds are final.
