This huge site of 430,000 m² was a very attractive place to shoot, including this beautiful blue walkway which looked like it was covered in dye. This factory plant in Italy was founded in the early 1900's. It was initially dedicated only for the production of viscose rayon. However, silk became scarce during World War II, so nylon was intended to be a synthetic replacement for silk. Nylon production continued here until 2003 and then the whole complex was closed.
