Our bespoke journal books have a smooth, matte finish on the exterior, and feature 64 pages (128 sides) of 90 gsm paper on the inside. The Theme: Fairies have long-lived in the ima gination of the world. They are a mix of the dark, the seductive, the wild. This “Fae” is inspired by Keat’s “La Belle Dame sans merci”. She stares at anyone who looks at her, ready to cast her spell of seduction and death. I like to think that her hair carries with it the bitter tang of freshly crushed grass and the sugary scent of overripe fruit. And that underneath the tangle of her jewels and her gown, her hand is reaching out to those who look at her. Show more
