This is a case-in-point example of the lofty h eights the grape can reach when given a bit of TLC.De-stemmed before a five-day maceration, then into cask, bottled without additions. Golden fruited and in no way green, almost rich before a cleansing vein of acid and a tea-like grip. Just a hint of something floral and herbal too. Wow.
