A lot of “spicy” chocolate either plays it too safe or goes all heat, no flavor. This one finds the balance. Fahrenheit 513 is a 70% dark chocolate made with cacao from Kokoa Kamil i in Tanzania, blended with our house mix of toasted chilies and warm spices. The heat slowly builds to a medium kick, giving the chocolate time to speak first. A 2015 Good Food Award winner, and still one of our favorite ways to turn up the flavor without losing the chocolate.
