The traditional Carloway cap is a newsboy cap by Failsworth made with beautiful traditional Harris Tweed. Featuring a sewn-down brim and side pin with the Failsworth logo, the inside of the cap has a quilted lining and a grosgrain band for extra comfort. Harris Tweed Harris Tweed is made from pure virgin wool and is dyed, spun and handwoven by the islanders in their homes in the Outer Hebrides. In order to meet the strict criteria to be awarded the Harris Tweed logo, it is presented to Harris Tweed Authority inspectors for testing and certification with the Orb Mark.
