Failure to Launch is a 2006 romantic comedy film directed by Tom Dey and starring Matthew McConaughey and Sarah Jessica Parker. The movie is about a 35-year-old man named Tripp (pl ayed by McConaughey) who still lives with his parents and refuses to leave the nest. Tripp's parents, desperate to see him move out and start his own life, hire a beautiful and charming woman named Paula (played by Parker) to lure him out of the house.
