Named after her Mother and Father, her full name is Imperial Curtsey Faira and she was born at the Clay County Fair in Iowa at 2pm. She is the restaurant's mooing, cheese-bearing c ow. She offers our French style of table-side service to our guests, and it's an "udderly" amazing experience! Our Cheese Master and Faira like to milk it for all its worth.
