Fairy Tree Glenveagh National Park Donegal An original felt artwork inspired by my love of trees, nature & the wildly beautiful Donegal peatland. Hand felted textile artwork made from merino, bamboo & recycled sari silk wool. It is made from a variety of stunning colours – earthy browns, burgundy, moss, rust, reds & orange blending into purples & blues. Embellished with recycled sari silk, woven wool & copper. Handmade in The Boyne Valley One of a kind but please contact me if you would like something similar made. If this particular piece is sold a similar one will be handmade for you. Due to the nature of felt making, no two will be identical & the positioning of wool, textures, silks & detail will be different but the same lovely colour scheme will be used. Hand felted using water, olive oil soap, friction & time Limed white wooden box frame, handmade in Ireland. The artwork is hand sewn onto the backing board so it will not move.
