This Riesling originates from the single vineyard Falkenberg, with southeast-facing, cooler, higher-altitude slopes. The 35-year-old vines thrive in slate soil. After maturing for over a year in 1000 L Fuder casks, the wine is elegant and delicate, featuring notes of lemon, pear, white blossoms, and quince.
