The Flakpanzer IV "Ostwind" was a German self-propelled anti-aircraft gun developed late in World War II. Based on the Panzer IV chassis, it was equipped with a fully enclosed, six-sided turret housing a powerful 3.7 cm FlaK 43 anti-aircraft cannon. Designed to provide mobile air defense for ground units, the Ostwind offered better crew protection compared to its predecessor, the Wirbelwind.
